I'm half Japanese and half Hungarian American, born in New York and raised in Tokyo. I attended an international school in Japan until graduating high school, and then graduated from USC.
Before beginning my career as a real estate agent, I got started in the world of real estate as an investor. I've purchased fixer homes from different sources including foreclosure properties in front of court buildings. Even though I've purchased the properties myself, I was using other real estate agents to sell those properties. But the ones I were using didn't seem to have the best interest in me and thought I could do a better job myself. That's how I got into helping others as a real estate agent in 2004.
For over 20 years, I have been helping clients here in San Diego and other areas including investors from Japan in purchases, sales, and leases in residential properties. I also help individual and corporate clients in commercial real estate. If you are a business owner or looking to buy a business, I could also help in bulk sales transactions.
